Starting at 5:00 PM on July 10, 2017 in the Council Hearing Room at City Hall (990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo), representatives from the Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) Project Team will be presenting the WRRF Project Conceptual Architecture to the Architectural Review Commission. One of the focuses of the discussion will be the public One Water Learning Center and other public spaces at the WRRF. The layout of the Water Resource Center, the new heart of the WRRF that will house multiple sections within the Utilities Department, will also be discussed.
