In November of 2015, we kicked off the design phase of the Water Resources Recovery Facility (WRRF) Project. CH2M joined the project team as design engineer. The City staff and Program Management team of Water Systems Consulting and HDR, led a workshop to introduce CH2M and the environmental consultant, Rincon, to the Program Charter, the bread and butter of the WRRF Project. During the workshop, the team members worked in groups to discuss and understand the objectives and performance measures stated in the Program Charter, and define how the WRRF Project aligns with the Program Charter to-date. CH2M and Rincon solidified their commitment to the Program Charter and understanding of the WRRF Project by signing the Program Charter.
